We Care A/C, Plumbing, Septic & Electric is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated and outgoing Lead Generators / Brand Ambassadors to join our team in Warner Robins, GA! If you have a background in lead generation or consumer sales, love interacting with people, and want to be part of a supportive and dynamic work culture — this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent We Care at various Lowe’s retail locations and community events.
- Proactively engage with customers to generate leads and schedule in-home consultations.
- Introduce and discuss HVAC products such as Lennox, Carrier, and Trane systems.
- Educate homeowners about indoor air quality, filtration, and humidity control systems.
- Talk confidently about home comfort solutions, including A/C and heating system replacements.
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset and top-tier service skills.
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while working in retail environments.
- Reliable transportation.
- Prior experience in lead generation or customer-facing roles is a plus!
