Location: In Office (Warner Robins, GA)
Pay Range: $17.00/hr – $18.00/hr + Incentives (SPIFF)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a team-oriented environment
- Manage a busy dispatch switchboard with professionalism and accuracy
- Schedule and route technicians based on skill set and customer needs
- Support service, sales, and installation teams with efficient coordination
- Process payments over the phone
- Help drive revenue and meet market goals
- Be a key part of helping customers feel cared for—because that’s what we do!
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of dispatch experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong call center or customer service background
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a big plus!
