Key Responsibilities
- Set up plumbing service calls as needed, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential plumbing systems.
- Identify and communicate Plumbing issues with customers, educating them on their systems, functions, and needs.
- Educate customers about their plumbing systems, ensuring they understand the functions and maintenance needs.
- Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to company procedures, maintain professionalism, and ensure all work is documented appropriately.
What You Need
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing services.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Must meet the local requirements for motor vehicle and background checks and pass a drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s license.
