What you will do:
- Coordinate an install schedule using Service Titan, our customer relationship management software tool
- Order HVAC equipment and materials for system installations and duct replacement
- Develop a general knowledge of HVAC equipment and duct design
- Coordinate pre-inspections when needed
- Register equipment with the manufacturer and purchase third party warranties
- Assist the HVAC Install Coordinator in additional responsibilities when required
- Track down and collect necessary documents for permits, apply for permits, and monitor permit approval through various municipalities.
You must have these things:
- Desire to learn how a HVAC Install Department functions
- Great attitude, detail oriented, and values driven
- Desire to learn about HVAC equipment and Service Titan
- Basic computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background test and drug screen
- Willing to work on call at home during certain times
