HVAC Lead Installer

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? WeCare in Niceville FL is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Team with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD HVAC INSTALL TEAM:

As a Lead HVAC Install Team, you get to go out in the field and work with other teams of HVAC Installers. You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Comfort Air. You will provide customer service, complete installs, provide removals and cleanings of the blower wheel, and air handler cabinet using an anti-microbial solution. HVAC Lead Install Teams also flush drain lines, install filters, and maintain a clean work environment. As well as receive hands-on-training and experience in residential, light commercial HVAC installation. Work side-by-side with the BEST installers in the industry!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1-3 Year of HVAC Install experience required

• High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred 

• Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record 

• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check  

• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime 

What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment

What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:

• 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent
• Valid drivers’ license
