What You Will Do:

  • Performs maintenances calls in accordance with company standards
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Serves customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
  • Cooperates with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
  • Keeps personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
  • Documents work performed in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintains and updates knowledge of current of HVAC standards
  • Maintains professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience required
  • High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred
  • Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. 
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams. 
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory 
  • Properly complete paperwork. 
  • Join the on-call rotation. 
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. 
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this. 

Qualifications

You must have these things: 

  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods. 
  • A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record. 
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
